I really did find this interesting and will look at my new story with this in mind.I too struggle with revealing thoughts and memories while writing in 3rd person, especially during the first draft.Along with inner thoughts and feelings, third person omniscient point of view also permits the writer to reveal parts of the future or past within the story.
